As our new Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing all the aspects of our Arrivals and Departures Duty Free stores at Perth Airport. You will be strategically minded, lead by example and understand that each day is unique & will often mean wearing many ‘hats’ to ensure our brand is well presented and our customers’ desires are fulfilled.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who will:

  • Demonstrate solid retail operational experience and people management skills
  • Bring a strong analytical and entrepreneurial approach to the business
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Provide effective training to staff in the areas of customer service, product knowledge, inventory control and merchandising
  • Be a true brand ambassador

We seek a motivated individual who supports our customer centric values, where the full energy and activity of the store team is focussed on delivering a highly satisfying world class customer experience.

To operate at optimum level and ensure the stores’ financial success you will have at least 5 years retail management experience, with strong commercial acumen and the ability to motivate a team of sales professionals to drive sales. In addition, you will have visual merchandising experience and be proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word & Outlook. Experience in bonded goods, stock control and SAP will be highly regarded.
